The Western Horseman Association of Maryland (WHAM) will present The Ride For Cancer
Saturday, September 27, 2008
Winterplace Park in Salisbury, Maryland.
This event will benefit The American Cancer Society. In addition, there will be a Silent Auction table
that will benefit Horse Lovers United, Inc. (HLU), a local horse rescue organization.
Several saddles are among the
many items to bid on.
The events include Halter Classes, Trail and In hand Trail, Horsemanship, Pleasure, Pairs Classes,
Costume Classes for adults and children.
Games include Stick Horse Races, Simon Says, and Ribbon Races. There will also
be a horse raffle. Eklektik is a gorgeous 14.2 registered purebred Arabian colt. This two year old is broke and ready
to ride.
Food and a photographer will be available at this event.
